BE/BTECH DEGREE PROGRAMME - FIRST YEAR

Student has to score minimum percentage allotted for his/her community in order for them to get eligibility.

Marks Calculation Details

Government Quota - Academic:

(Maths / 2) + (Physics + Chemistry / 4) = Cuttoff

Eg: (Maths – 90, Physics – 80 & Chemistry – 80) (90 / 2) + (80+80 / 4) = (45 + 40)= 85

Government Quota -Vocational :

(Maths / 2) + (Theory + Practical I + Practical II / 6) = Cuttoff

Example: (Maths – 90, Theory – 80, Practical I – 80&Practical II – 80) (90 /2) + (80+80+80 / 6) =(45 + 40) = 85

Management Quota Course Eligibility

Academic

(Maths + Physics + Chemistry) / 3 = Course Eligibility

Example: (Maths – 90, Physics – 80 & Chemistry – 80) (90+ 80 + 80)/3= 83.33

Vocational

(Maths) + (Theory + Practical I + Practical II) / 8 =Course Eligibility

Example:(Maths – 90, Theory – 80, Practical I – 80 & Practical II – 80) (90 + 80 + 80 + 80)/ 4 =82.5
